DIRECT BOOKING
Our booking offer stands for 3 days. Beyond this date, the room will be back for rent.
The booking will be confirmed as soon as we receive your deposit.
WEB BOOKING
The online validation confirms automatically your booking. Regarding
cancellations, please refer to the cancellation terms below.
CANCELLATION
Any cancellation must be made through writing (registered letter with
recorded delivery or email).
If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to the arrival, no
payment is due.
If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the arrival, half of
the total amount of the booking is due.
In case of curtailment, non-planned late arrival or no-show, the totality
of the payment is retained and 50% of the amount is due.
CHANGE
Any change in the duration or conditions of occupancy of the stay is subjected
to acceptance by the hotel. After acceptance, the reservation is modified accordingly
and sent to the booker.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
All arrivals may occur between 3pm and 6pm (unless agreed otherwise)
In case of late arrival, we insist on being informed by phone call.
All rooms are to be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
In case of no-show or arrival outside check-in hours, the room will be back
for rent after 7pm.
PRE-PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT
A deposit of 50% of your booking will be debited after the confirmation of your booking. The balance is due upon arrival. This amount is refunded in case of cancellation more than 30 days before arrival

FACILITIES
Shower or bathtub, WC, TV, free WIFI, hairdryer, free soap/shampoo, towels,
air conditioning.
No mini-bar and no kettle tea/coffee in the rooms. No lift (2 floors).
CHILDREN AND SPARED BED
The hotel does not offer the possibility to accommodate children under 3.
Any occupation contrary to these rules will result in the cancellation of
the reservation and the billing of the cost of the room.
Children over 3 need to be booked a separate bed.
No spare beds.
OCCUPANCY
The maximum occupancy capacity of each room is :
Double room : 2 persons (adults/children).

ROOM SERVICE
Room service is carried out every day from 10 am.
BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served in the breakfastroom or in your room (only rooms with
terrace) between 8.30am and 10am.
INTERNET AND CELLPHONES POLICY
WIFI access is free and available on all premises. Proper functioning can
not be guaranteed at all times.
Cellphones are to be on silent mode during all your stay within the hotel.
Calls must remain brief and quiet and must not disturb the peace of the
hotel.
PETS
Pets are not allowed. Any arrival accompanied by animal cancels the booking and the cost of the room is charged.
SMOKING
The hotel observes a smoke-free policy on all premises
(rooms, common areas, patio, front desk, tearoom, …)
Electronic cigarettes are prohibited too.
100 € is invoiced in case of non respect of this taxation.
PARKING – GARAGE
The hotel does not offer private parking for cars or bikes.
The hotel will not allow or accomodate bikes.
NO PETS ALLOWED – NO PRIVATE PARKING – NON-SMOKER HOTEL
